EVERYONE HAS

something
to say

  /  Stuart Byrne

Stuart Byrne

I’m deeply disturbed by the levels of child sex abuse and child trafficking in this world. I grew up in Ireland and in a world where the sexual abuse of children was covered up by the church and the state. The very people we believed were protecting us. Even today, despite all the revelations and minimal prosecutions the silence has returned and the sexual abuse and exploitation of our children will continue and thrive!

I grew up in a family that was destroyed by child sex abuse. I was not a victim but the destruction it left haunted me. I have four children and I want them to be educated and aware of the dangers. I also want them to be part of a solution.

I want to help raise awareness and remove the stigma that exists when just talking about these issues. Personally I chose to do this through music.

Children are the best of us. We owe it to them to do something.
