1 in 4 men have experienced sexual abuse.

It can cause many challenges, and because resources are limited for men, most won’t receive the support they deserve.

Images and conversations supporting survivors of sexual abuse typically exclude men, this continues the stigma, and prevents men from coming forward to report abuse from women or men.

Some people deny the large amount of men who experience sexual abuse, this leaves little boys at risk.

I work with men who have experienced sexual abuse, because I know when men heal they are more secure, present, and able to fully enjoy life.

What can you do for male survivors? Acknowledge men in images and conversations supporting survivors, and if a man shares his story with you, listen and believe him.
