Parent Sessions

Empowering Them to Understand Their Role and Responsibility in Safeguarding Their Child and Supporting the School

A practical, parent-friendly session designed to help them understand their role and responsibility in keeping their child safe.

Why This Matters

It’s important that parents feel confident continuing the conversations already taking place in school around body safety and online safety. Jeremy reinforces that keeping children safe is not only the job of the school — it requires a team effort between school and home.

He shares carefully selected parts of his story to show how a child can appear absolutely fine while holding a secret inside, encouraging parents to take an active role in creating open, empowering conversations at home.

The session also gives parents confidence in how to respond if their child ever shares a worry, or if they notice signs of discomfort in certain situations.

How Is This Session Delivered?

This session is ideally delivered as a 90-minute in-person workshop for parents. It can be condensed into 60 minutes if necessary, but the longer format allows for a calmer pace and deeper understanding.

Jeremy fully understands the logistical challenges schools face when trying to secure parent attendance.

For schools that need a flexible alternative, a 30-minute recorded online video is also available. This shorter format is intentional, giving us the best possible chance that parents — busy and juggling many responsibilities — will make time to watch it.
